Ordering & Production Retail purchases made through our web site will be custom-made within 15 business days from the receipt of your order, while wholesale purchases will be custom-made within 30 business days from the receipt of the order. Deposit & Cancellations Retail orders will be charged a 50% deposit at the time the order is placed. Retail orders may be cancelled within 5 business days and will be subject to a 15% restocking and transaction fee. Wholesale orders will be charged a 50% deposit at the time the order is placed and may be cancelled within 5 business days with no deposit forfeiture. The remaining balances due on all orders will be charged in full at the time the order is shipped. Payment & Taxes Sacred Tulsi accepts Visa or MasterCard for your online purchases. In accordance with California state regulations, sales tax of 8.25% will be added to all orders with a shipping address in the state of California. Shipping & Delivery Our shipping and handling charges cover the expenses of processing your order, handling and packing the pieces you have purchased, and delivering them to you, as well as related overhead and other items. Unless an expedited shipping service is requested, your order will be shipped via Standard Delivery at the rates listed below and should arrive within 5-7 business days after shipping. Second-Day and Next Day Shipping are available for an additional charge at the rates listed below. An additional shipping charge of $10.00 will be applied to all shipments to Alaska and Hawaii. For order shipping to US Territories, APO or FPO addresses via Parcel Post, please contact us.
Tracking Your Order Upon shipment, you will receive an email notification of containing tracking information for your purchase.
